Consent, Declaration and Liability Waiver Self Healing Marma Training Program Version: 1
I understand that the Self Healing Marma Training Program conducted by Sri Sri Wellbeing is a wellness education program involving guided self-touch techniques and traditional self- healing practices intended solely for personal wellbeing and rejuvenation.
I acknowledge that the protocols, methods, and techniques taught in this program are strictly meant for my own personal self-practice. I clearly understand and agree that I am not authorized to apply these techniques on any other person, nor to teach, demonstrate, share, or transmit these methods to others in any formal or informal capacity.
I confirm that I have independently informed myself about the nature, purpose, and benefits of the Self Healing Marma Training Program and have voluntarily chosen to participate. I declare that I am physically and mentally fit to undergo this training. I further confirm that all information provided by me in the registration form is true and accurate, and that I have not withheld any relevant information.
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for my participation in this training program and agree to follow all instructions, safety guidelines, and protocols communicated during the program. I understand that I participate at my own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby waive, release, and discharge Sriveda Sattva Ltd., Sri Sri Wellbeing, and their officers, directors, trainers, employees, agents, representatives, organizers, and affiliates from any and all past, present, or future claims, demands, or liabilities arising from or connected with my participation in this training program, including any personal injury or property damage. I expressly acknowledge and accept all inherent risks associated with participation.
I agree that this declaration, consent, waiver, and release shall apply to this and any future Self Healing Marma Training Programs organized or facilitated by Sriveda Sattva Ltd. or Sri Sri Wellbeing.
